Victoria's Bridal Couture is pleased to announce that their Bridal Consultant and Designer Heather Richard is a semi- finalist in The Brides Magazine Operation Dream Dress Contest 2009. If Heather places in the top Five she will be flown to New York and compete in a runway show for the chance to win $10,000 and her dress on the cover of Brides Magazine!

Heather would like to thank the two amazing photographers Bryan Alldredge of www.diamondskyphotography.com and James Warren of www.jwarrenphoto.com who contributed their time and photos to the project. Additional appreciation goes to her fantastic model Giselle Gonzales, who made the dress look absolutely stunning. The owner's of Victoria's Bridal Couture, Victoria and Lee encouraged her to participate and very generously donated materials for the project!
